FRUITS FOR WEIGHT LOSS


Most of people eat fruits as a dessert after meal, this is totally wrong because you can...
get weight doing that. It's really important to have fruits in our diet, we should eat at least six pieces of fruits per day.

Fruits are generally high in fiber, water, vitamins and sugars. Diets that include a sufficient amount of potasium from fruits and vegetables reduce the possibilities to have kidney stones and may help to reduce the effects of bones-loss. Some persons have a really wrong idea about fruits due to they think have a lot of sugar and they don't consume them because they are afraid to get weight. It has been proved by scientists that fruits are low in calories which would help lower calories intake as part of a weight-loss diet. Many fruits are in basic diet to lose weight like oranges, lemons, pineapples and apples.

Whatever the way that you like, the most important thing is to know the best time to cosume them, for example is not recommended to have fruits at night, you better have them in the morning for breakfast or brunch. Also is good to eat them before doing excercise, that is case of bananas, really when you are going to do a hard work or for students before a exam even you can feel a better memory. Regular consume of fruits is associated with reduced risks of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, especially coronary heart disease, stroke, alzheimer, cataracts and some of the functional declines associated with aging.

La mayoría de la gente come fruta después de la comida como postre, esto es totalmente erróneo porque puedes coger peso hacer eso. Es muy importante tomar frutas en nuestra dieta, debemos comer al menos seis piezas de fruta al día.

Las frutas son generalmente altas en fibra, agua, vitaminas y azúcares. Las dietas que incluyen una cantidad suficiente de potasio procedente de frutas y verduras tienden a reducir las posibilidades de tener cálculos renales y puede ayudar a reducir los efectos de la pérdida de hueso. Algunas personas tienen una idea muy equivocada acerca de las frutas debido a que piensan que tienen una gran cantidad de azúcar y no las consumen porque tienen miedo a engordar. Se ha demostrado por científicos que las frutas son bajas en calorías e incluso pueden ayudar en una dieta para perder peso. Muchas frutas están en dietas básicas de adelgazamiento como naranjas, limones, piñas y manzanas.

Cualquiera que sea la forma que te guste, lo más importante es saber el mejor momento para consumirlas, por ejemplo, no se recomienda comer frutas por la noche, es mejor por la mañana para el desayuno o aperitivo de media mañana. También es bueno comerlas antes de hacer ejercicio, como es el caso de los plátanos, cuando se va a realizar un trabajo duro o para los estudiantes antes de un examen, incluso se puede sentir un aumento de la memoria. Consumir frutas regularmente se asocia con un menor riesgo de cáncer, enfermedades cardiovasculares, enfermedades del corazón, especialmente coronaria, ictus, alzheimer, cataratas y algunos de los fallos funcionales asociados al envejecimiento.
