NUTRITIONAL PYRAMID


Hello everyone, finally weekend!. Today is an amazing day, I was thinking about...
overweight. Most of people have always in mind their weight, some of them get obsessives or even sick. I have seen so many girls with physical and psicological troubles. Our weight is related with our health, having a healthy life is best way to control it. We don't need to destroy our health to be skinny, we must just follow a good diet, doing exercise without obsession.

Weight loss is like everything in our life, give up smoking, starting a new job or learning languages. The first step is self confidence, try to achieve your goals without any excuses, fight with your problems and do not leave them gain you. We are very weak when we do things that we don't want but you have to think in one sentence very important "just today", when you want to get what you really want you should have a strong personality. Weight loss process is not easy but you have to follow your diet with confidence and continue on your way. 

Try to get a nutritional pyramid, the main aliment in your diet must be water, up to two litres per day more some herbal tea after each meal. Second aliment should be vegetables and fruits, they are so healthy. Third in your nutritional pyramid have to be proteins from meat, fish, egg, milk and yogurt. Try to avoid pork that has a lot of proteins but also fat and is not quite good for our body. At the end of the pyramid we should include carbohydrates like bread, cereal or rice. Try to keep your diet and you will see the results really soon.

La mayoría de las personas siempre están pensando en su peso, algunas de ellas incluso llegar a ser obsesivas o incluso enfermas. He visto muchas chicas con problemas físicos y psicoemocionales. Nuestro peso está relacionado con nuestra salud, tener una vida saludable es la mejor manera de controlarlo. No necesitamos destruir nuestra salud para estar delgada, debemos simplemente seguir una buena dieta, hacerlo pero sin obsesionarse.

La pérdida de peso es como todo en nuestra vida, dejar de fumar, comenzar un nuevo trabajo o el aprendizaje de idiomas. El primer paso es confianza en uno mismo, tratar de alcanzar nuestros objetivos sin excusas, luchar contra las dificultades y no dejar que influyan en nuestra vida. Somos muy débiles cuando nos toca hacer cosas que no queremos, pero hay que pensar en una frase muy importante "lo hago hoy", cuando queremos conseguir lo que realmente queremos, tener una fuerte personalidad. El proceso de pérdida de peso no es fácil, pero tienes que seguir tu dieta con confianza y continuar tu camino sin desviarte.

Intenta llevar a cabo una pirámide nutricional, el alimento principal en la dieta debe ser agua, máximo dos litros al día más un poco de té de hierbas después de cada comida. El segundo alimento deben ser verduras y frutas, que especialmente saludables. Lo tercero en su pirámide nutricional tienen que ser proteínas de la carne, el pescado, el huevo, la leche y el yogur. Trata de evitar la carne de cerdo que tiene una gran cantidad de proteínas pero también mucha grasa que no son buenas para nuestro cuerpo. Al final de la pirámide debemos incluir carbohidratos como pan, arroz, pasta y cereales. Mantente fiel a tu dieta y verás los resultados muy pronto.
