MOBILE ADDICTION

Happy saturday everyone! today I woke up like always, I got dressed and then I ordered...

my breakfast, before to hang up I started to think about our use of mobile phones so I have decided to write this post while I have my breakfast before to go out and to start my day because I think that is really important to everyone, technology and mobile phones are indispensable in our lives but like we learn all mobiles tools we should learn also how to use it in a right way, I can not imagine my life without my cell phone but at the same time we must be more responsible.

Most of car accidents are because of the use of cell phone. Mobile phone use while driving is common because of this, many jurisdictions prohibit the use of mobile phones while driving. Egypt, Israel, Japan, Portugal and Singapore ban both handheld and hands-free use of a mobile phone, others —including the UK, France, and many U.S. states—ban handheld phone use only, allowing hands-free use.

The psychological effect would arrive till an addiction, most of people have a mobile phone addiction when most of us need to look at the mobile screen every second so many times. I went to have a dinner in a restaurant and I saw a couple that they are seating together but they don't talk to each other, each of them has his cell phone and having his own world, it's so sad to see how our bad use of cell phones change the main idea of it,  mobile phones were made at the first place for communication, nowdays most of cases serve just for the oposite.

The mobil phones also have a big health effect.  The effect of mobile phone radiation has on human health is the subject of recent interests, as a result of the enormous increase in mobile phone usage throughout the world. Mobile phones use electromagnetic radiation in the microwave range, which some believe may be harmful to human health. The World Health Organization on 31 May 2011 stated that mobile phone use may possibly represent a long-term health risk , after a lot of studies mobile phones are in category 2B, which ranks it alongside coffee and other problems. 

Mobile phone is a good and indispensable tool for our daily life and improve our skills to make our life easier but we must know how to use it. To get the benefit we should use the cell phone to improve our health and comunication not the oposite. I hope you're enjoying a lot the good weather and having a good use of your mobiles. Big kiss!

¡Feliz Sábado a todos! hoy me desperté como siempre, me vestí y luego pedí mi desayuno, antes de colgar me puse a pensar en el uso de los teléfonos móviles, así que he decidido escribir este post mientras tomo mi desayuno antes de salir y empezar mi día porque creo que es realmente importante para todos, la tecnología y los teléfonos móviles son indispensables en nuestra vida, pero igual que aprendemos a usar todas las herramientas móviles debemos aprender también cómo usarlo de una manera correcta, no puedo imaginar mi vida sin mi teléfono móvil, pero al mismo tiempo tenemos que ser más responsables.

La mayoría de los accidentes de tráfico son a causa del uso del móvil. El uso del teléfono móvil mientras se conduce es común, debido a esto muchas jurisdicciones prohíben el uso de teléfonos móviles durante la conducción. Egipto, Israel, Japón, Portugal y Singapur prohibición tanto de mano y el uso de manos libres de un teléfono móvil, otros -incluyendo el Reino Unido, Francia, y muchos estados de EE.UU. Se prohíbe el uso del teléfono de mano única, que permite el uso de manos libres.

El efecto psicológico llegaría hasta una adicción, la mayoría de las personas tienen una adicción al teléfono móvil cuando la mayoría de nosotros tenemos que mirar a la pantalla cada segundo. Fui a una cena en un restaurante y vi una pareja que estaban sentados juntos pero no hablaban entre sí, cada uno de ellos tiene su móvil y tiene su propio mundo, es muy triste ver cómo nuestro mal uso de teléfonos móviles cambian la idea principal de la misma, los teléfonos móviles se hicieron en primer lugar para la comunicación, hoy en dia la mayoría de los casos sirven sólo para lo contrario.

Los teléfonos móviles también tienen un efecto grande en la salud. El efecto de la radiación del teléfono móvil que tiene en la salud humana es el tema de estudios recientes, como resultado del enorme aumento del uso del móvil en todo el mundo. Los teléfonos móviles utilizan radiación electromagnética en el rango de las microondas, que algunos creen que puede ser perjudicial para la salud humana. La Organización Mundial de la Salud el 31 mayo 2011 declaró que el uso del teléfono móvil puede que posiblemente represente un riesgo para la salud a largo plazo, después de una gran cantidad de estudios los teléfonos móviles están en la categoría 2B, que lo ubica junto al café y otros problemas.

El móvil es una herramienta buena e indispensable para nuestra vida diaria y mejorar nuestras habilidades haciendo nuestra vida más fácil, pero hay que saber cómo usarlo. Para obtener el beneficio debemos usar el teléfono celular para ayudar a nuestra salud y comunicación, no lo contrario.
