Hair homemade  masque...

Our hair is everything to us, due to our way of life, job, stress, hormone’s change and weather our hair suffer.

We cannot avoid all the things that miss up the health of our hair but we can try so many kind of remedies that would help us to reduce the damages, we have so many of masques and creams that we can find everywhere but in my point of view I think that the best hydratation of our hair it’s a homemade masque one hundred per cent natural,  today I will show  you a easy mixture of natural oils  that works really good.

In a jar or a bottle mix up a half cup of olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, argan oil.

Olive oil. Fight off Fungi and Bacteria, Improve Blood Circulation.

Almonds oil has a high continence of vitamin E which helps  conditioning the hair. Sweet almond oils can safely be used to in aroma therapy to carry these oils with no side effects. This is helpful in conditioning the hair and skin.

Coconut oil has been used since ancient times in India for grooming hair it’s helps to reduce protein loss in both damaged as well as undamaged hair  rich in lauric acid.

Argan oil argan oil is an organic product extracted from the kernels of the argan tree, which is native to Morocco. It is extremely rich in beneficial nutrients including fatty acids and vitamin E. it’s so beneficial  for the skin and hair.

With a wooden spoon mix it really good until the oils would be completely incorporated, this mixture it’s the best hair conditioner ever could be used before or after shower. I prefer to use it both, apply the masque on your hair before shower leave it for at least two hours it’s preferably overnight before to take your shower give your self a circular massage, then put a towel in warm water for 3 minutes then cover your head and leave it until it’s cold, when you’re done, have your shower and drain your hair, if you don't have a oil hair you can apply a bit over your hair after your shower as a cream, that would hydrate your hair and help your hair growth.
