to get strong nails you gotta have high protein and calcium diet.

hydratation is so important to reduce splitting and breaking, there are so many creams but the best is to use natural remedies like olive oil.

3.care.

make sure to shape nails trying to make your edges rough that would help prevent breakage.

4-avoid infection.

make sure that your manicure tools are clean and desinfected, do not share your manicure tools.

5.polish brands.
