4 Tablespoon Butter
2 Egg yolks
1 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 Cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup Heavy cream
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Pound Spaghetti
8 Quarts water
beat the eggs, eggs yolks until is blended, add 1/2 cup cheese in another bowl, beat the butter
Heat large casserole dish in 200F oven.
in a pot, boil the water with salt to cook the spaghetti,
while the sapaghetti is cooking, fry the bacon until it's becomes crispy, in half of the bacon fat stir in red pepper flakes and the cream.
keep the cream mixture warm until spaghetti is done
when the spaghetti is cooked transfer it to heated serving bowl and stir in creamed butter.
Coat well. Stir in hot bacon and cream mixture and finally the beaten eggsand cheese.
The heat of the pasta will cook the raw eggs.
Taste and seasonwith salt and pepper, serve the spaghetti with grated cheese on top
