Ingredients:
3,5 tablespoons Dry sherry
1/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon, minced Ginger root
1 Garlic clove
1 pound Broccoli
1 Green pepper
2 Celery ribs
6 Green onions
8 ounces Cooked beef sliced
Instuctions:
Dissolve cornstarch in water add sherry, oyster sauce, red pepper
In a pan, heat oil, add ginger and garlic. Fry it for a 1 min. Add broccoli cutted, cook the mixture for 3 mins, then add green pepper cutted into julienne, slice of
celery, and green onions cutted into pieces, fry it another 3 mins.
Add cornstarch sauce, stir until thickened.
Add meat and stir untill all ingredients are well combined .
