Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
2 13 ounce evaporated milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Preparing the flan:
beat the eggs together until they become frothy.
pour in the condensed milk, the evaporated milk,sugar and the vanilla.
beat after each ingredient is added.
Baking the Flan:
Pour the custard mixture in a pie plate.
Place the pie plate in a large glass or ceramic baking dish and fill the baking dish (not inside the flan) hot water so that the plate is surrounded with water,
