HOW TO MAKE A STEAMED TURKEY BREAST WITH MUSHROOMS SAUCE


This is a delicious and healthy dish, so easy to make. Here you have the ingredients:
500 g of turkey breast...
100 g of mushrooms
Spinach
10 g of goat cheese
10 g of blue cheese
pinch of nutmeg
olive oil
2 garlic dice
1 cup of low fat milk
black pepper
1/2 cup of rice
40g of chedar cheese you can use any type of cheese that you like

1. we start by putting the turkey breast, 1 dice garlic,black pepper, salt in a steamer we cook it about 20 to 30 min 
2. we cook the rice 
3. in a sauce pan we pour 2 tablespoon of alive oil, the spinach,the rest of garlic stir constantly about 10 min once it's done, put the goat cheese on top of the spinach, cover it to melt the cheese 
4. the final task is to make the mushroom sauce, cut the mushrooms into smal pieces in a sauce pan we pour 3 tablespoon olive oil we transfer the mushrooms in the sauce pan, pinch of salt, black pepper, nutmeg. stir constantly 8 to 10 min add the milk. bluecheese, chedar we cook it until the cheese is completly melted. 


before serving smear a little bit of butter on the turkey breast and place it in the over till it's lightly brown
