HOW TO MAKE TUNA SUSHI

 


ingredients:
6 cups sushi rice cooked
4 sheets of nori... 
4 oz. tuna
soy sauce
instructions:
Cut the nori in half 
Cut tuna into long sticks 
Put a piece of nori on top of a bamboo mat (makisu) or a clean kitchen sheet 

Spread  3/4 cup of sushi rice on top of the nori sheet.
Place tuna horizontally on the rice.
Roll up the bamboo mat, pressing forward forming a roll  
Press the bamboo mat firmly and remove the roll from the mat.

wet a knife  before slicing sushi.
Cut the rolled sushi into  pieces. Serve right away with soy sauce
