VEGETARIANS RECIPES

 

these sushi  recipes are so easy tto make, vegetariens, healthy and perfect for weight loss 
1- cucumber sushi... 


ingredients:
4 sheets of nori  cut in half
6 cups prepared sushi rice
2  cucumbers, cut into long sticks
How to Make It
Put a piece of nori on top of a bamboo mat (makisu) or a clean kitchen seet . Spread about 3/4 cup of sushi rice on top of the nori. Place 1/8 of the cucumber sticks horizontally on the rice.
Roll up the bamboo mat, pressing forward to shape the sushi into a roll Press the bamboo firmly with hands. Unwrap the bamboo mat and remove sushi roll. process to  wet  knife before slicing sushi. Cut the sushi roll into bite-size pieces
.

2- avocado sushi
:

ingredients:
4 sheets of nori  cut in half

2  avocados , cut into long sticks

3- corrots and cucumber sushi:


ingredients:
4 sheets of nori  cut in half
6 cups prepared sushi rice
1 cucumbers, cut into long sticks
1 corrot cut into long sticks

Put a piece of nori on top of a bamboo mat (makisu) or a clean kitchen seet . Spread about 3/4 cup of sushi rice on top of the nori. Place 1/8 of the cucumber and carot sticks horizontally on the rice.
Roll up the bamboo mat, pressing forward to shape the sushi into a roll Press the bamboo firmly with hands. Unwrap the bamboo mat and remove sushi roll. process to  wet  knife before slicing sushi. Cut the sushi roll into bite-size pieces.
