CORRECT BACK POSTURE

The human back is the posterior part area of the body, we have to be really careful...
about our back posture because in the future could represent a big problem. We must know how our back works, being defined by the vertebral column and supported by the ribcage and shoulders, the spinal canal runs through the spine and provides nerves to the rest of our body.

We have always to keep our back straight, is not an easy thing to do but finally is just a habit, the back form says a lot about us, psychologically and physically talking. Having the habit of walking and and seating down wrong could cause a big change of the form of the back, especially tall persons. The anatomy of the back provides support for the head and the body as well as a great deal of flexibility and movement, the upper side has a strong structural support and the lower side allows for the movements. When we have a wrong habit to seat or to walk our back starts to have kind of curve and also can cause a big pain. People working in a office all day with stress are trying to rest lying their back down.

I advise you to change this habit to another one like for example raise your hands up or do a small massage on your head, close your eyes for two minutes and breath deeply. Don't forget to stuck your back to the chair to keep your body in a healthy position. Even that if you already have a curve on your back you can find a solution with exercises like swimming or practicing pilates. Walking straight shows a confidence and elegance allure, also when you seat correctly you will help your digestion.
