HOW TO INTRODUCE HERBS IN OUR COOKING

1- DILL:



Dill has a fresh flavour, it's the perfect complement for  cheese, fish, meat, vegetables and soup. 
It's perfect to make cheese and eggs for breakfast, dill will give your breakfast the fresh taste that you need to start your day. 

2- LEMON BALM 



the lemon scent of lemon balm it's the perfect companion for drinks  like infusion, tea but also could be used in salads 

3-MARJORAM



marjoram is frequently used in italian cuisine, it goes perfectly with tomatoes sauce,pizza, pork, beef, chicken,lamb,c heese,  fish also with all kind of stuffings 

4-MINT:

mint is a refreshing herb perfect for cold drinks in summer even for cocktails, also improves the taste of our meal it's goes well with carrots,potatoes and beetroot




5-PARSLEY:
parsley is used a lot in spanish kitchen, parsley is great for chicken, casserole,salads,eggs,cheese 

6-ROSEMARY


rosemary has a strong aroma it's perfect for lamb,pork,fish.
rosemary's aroma is a great compliment for pork, roasted lamb and chicken, could be used for drinks too
