Never was so easy to make canelloni at home, here you have a recipe for it.
Ingredients:
pinch of salt and pepper
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 egg
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/4 cups chopped parsley
1 cup cooked spinach
2 cups tomatoes sauce
start by cooking the beef with a little of olive oil
once it's cooked, transfer the beef to a large bowl. Add salt, pepper and garlic
mix well, add egg, cheese, parsley, salt
chop the cooked spinach and add 1/2 cup tomatoes to the meat.
Spread some tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking pan.
Stuff cannelloni shells and place in pan. Spread more tomatoes sauce in between each
layer and on the top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Then, broil for 2−3 minutes to brown top cannelloni
