4 tablespoons coffee
1 tablespoon Grappa or brandy... 
3 egg yolk 
3 egg white
1/2 cup sugar
8 ounces Marscapone cheese
24 Savoiardi biscuits
1 ounce sweet chocolate, grated
1teaspoon vanilla 


In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff; set aside.
In a bowl,mix the coffee and grappa; set aside

In a  food processor beat the 3 egg yolks with the sugar until thick. Add the marscapone, vanilla and bleat. 
Gently add the egg whites into the cheese cream .
Place half of the biscuits in the bottom of a  larger serving plate. Sprinkle with half of the coffee mixture. Cover with
half of the cheese mixture and repeat process. once you're done, refrigerate tiramisu for 4 hours before serving with grated chocolate, cocoa powder or melted chocolate
