HOW TO MAKE GROUND PORK RAMEN



igredients:
1 teaspoon sesam oil...
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon ginger (fresh, minced)
2 ounces ground pork
5 ounces bean sprouts
4 ounces cabbage (chopped)
2 ounces carrot (cut into thin strips)
4 cups water (warm)
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder 
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons miso paste
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 (5 ounce) packages of dried ramen noodles;

instructions:
in   a wok over medium heat heat 1 teaspoon sesam oil  Add minced ginger, garlic, and ground pork cook  until the pork is done.
 add to the meat carrot, bean sprouts, cabbage and saute until vegetables are cooked .
Pour warm water into themixture  Season with chicken bouillon powder,sugar, and soy sauce and bring the ramen to a boil. Turn down the heat to low, add miso in the soup and melt it . Add sesame oil last, and then turn off the heat.
cook the noodles until the noodles are al cooked 
Drain the noodles and put it in a  deep soup bowls.
Pour the hot  mixture with pork and vegetables over the noodles
