HOW TO MAKE ONIGIRI

 

here you have a easy japanese  onigiri  ((rice balls)
ingredients:
4 cups steamed  rice
1/4 teaspoon  salt... 

1 to 2 sheets of dried nori seaweed
For the Fillings:
 Grilled salted salmon you can use any kind of filling you prefer like chicken or tuna 
instructions:
Cut each nori sheet into 8-9 strips.
in a bowl Put about a half cup of steamed rice .
Wet your hands with water , then rub some salt on your hands.
Place the steamed rice on your hand, 
Put your  filling, grilled salmon on the rice.Push the filling into the rice 
Hold the rice between your palms. formin a round like a ball  with your both palms pressing gently form a triangle, Wrap the rice ball with a strip of nori
